~MacyB: This is the number for Old Navy online, not customer service. Then was put through to customer service and the *'s didn't work. However I was able to say "customer service" at just two prompts and went straight to a person. No waiting.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Old Navy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Old Navy problem?
~MacyB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MacyB: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Old Navy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MacyB: For that I would say four out of five.
