~Pierre: I tried for * weeks to open an account and have multiple Rxs filled for my wife.**st call: Talked to some about what I needed to do.**nd call: after have rxs faxed to them, opened account, ordered the rxs needed. They said I would receive them in about a week.**rd.Call. No rxs. Said Rxs were being processed and they would put them on "Rush"**th Call: No rxs. Still being processed.**th. Call: No Rxs. Found out they had not been forwarded to the pharmacy, so had never been processed.Cancelled order and tried to cancel account but they said they coudn'd to that. Some of the ones I talked to were fairly nice, the others didn't have a clue about what they were doing.*Stick with your hometown pharmacy, someone you can trust.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
~Pierre: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pierre: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pierre: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~Pierre: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
