GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Screenname?_IsthisAOL?: I tried to use the website to print out some forms to order new Rx. Neither option worked. Rather than provide a fillable PDF, they put up a web page. Two text boxes provided for filling in "other" info-- but each box only allows ** characters. What use is that? You cannot even enter one drug name in ** chracters. The print rendering was awful-- shows all the introductory stuff which takes up about *** of the first page. This is really amanteurish!
