GetHuman-279971: Sent my RX two weeks ago. Still not entered into the "system". Give it another ** to ** hours for data input was the best they could do. Offered me the option of calling my dr to have a new RX faxed but that too would require the *** hours of wait time for data entry. I use an expensive asthma maintenance med. for allergy induced asthma. If I skip a dose I'm in the ER for a breathing treatment. Cheaper to use these folks but be prepared to wait lifetime! Too bad my health insurance switched from express RX. They were quick and reliable. Not the case with this scam. If you can avoid it, do so! I agree with the reviewer who said to use your local pharmacy even if it costs a little more $. At least you walk out with the RX you need and are not left waiting to see if and when they feel you are worthy to get your meds. Luckily my dr has heard the horror stories and when I said I've sent for the * month supply, the reply was "let me guess. OptumRx?" These folks shouldn't be in business

GetHuman-279971: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-279971: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-279971: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
