~Alex: In the last * weeks I have had issues with Optus *st time I was without both home phone and internet, and now just the home phone, and I have to wait * week before someone is sent out to rectify whatever is wrong. They have diverted my home phone to my mobile and added a credit to my account to cover the cost of the diversions, but I cannot call anyone unless I use my mobile that is with another carrier and Optus will not pay to reimburse me for that inconvenience. Where is the customer Service that we are paying for????
