~NeeNee125: I am not a person that complains. So, it was difficult for me to even call the customer service line. However, because of my experience in having a bag of individual pop serect pop corn catch fire in my microwave, and a second bag attend to do the same. I decided to call. Not to ask for a refund, a coupon anything other than to make them aware. I wanted to information them about my experience, in hopes that they would possibly offer to make whatever changes , possibly decreasing the butter to lessen the possibility of that happening to anyone else. The person I spoke to was completely rude in my opinion. After asking me what happened and I politely tell her my story. Her responses were more interrogating and condescending then one of a sincere and concerned representative. I expressed to her that the pop corn being on fire caught me off guard and admittedly slow my response was slower than a PREPARED TESTER but I did open the microwave and remove the bag before a minute.
