~LeO: I also am on a * weekspecial trial membership* after cancelling two years ago due to same complaint issues listed on this website* smaller print, less content, delivery issues!* papers delivered correctly and timely, then nothing. Delivery promises mean nothing. Dealer only open *-**:**AM and then never answers phone or returns calls! Not good, am thinking I want a refund and stop this frustrating exercise in futility. Debra phone gal nice, thus decent stars, but yesterday's phone gal nice too and no results!
