GetHuman-272910: The chat started out well, but when I asked for further clarification on a couple things, the tech person became impatient and told me to go elsewhere for answers and cut me off before I was finished asking questions!

GetHuman-272910: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-272910: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Qwest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-272910: For that I would say three out of five.
