GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's REloadit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-znwood2: I put money one one of their packs two days ago (Friday evening).I've been using reloadit since March or April of last year with no major problems aside from the obnoxious waiting times between purchasing the card and loading it.**I've been trying to load the card for almost ** hours now. During that time I've had to deal with not being able to access the safe at all to not being able to log in to the site at all. Of course there was no problem loading it to the safe. I've made numerous calls and been told they're "performing updates", that they're having "technical difficulties", that I need to delete my browser history and that the problem was the card I was trying to load it to-paypal called *** on that after a call to them.**At no point have I gotten a clear and consistent answer as to what the actual problem is or any sort of timeframe to fix the problem.**As soon as I can get my money back I'm going to discontinue use of the card and go elsewhere.In the meantime I'm going to post this everywhere I can find.
