GetHuman-77006: Just to let Upper management know about three people that made my experience excellent. Cliff @ N W highway in Garland Texas Went above the call of duty to help locate a cell phone he was out of stock and I really wanted to buy from him. Seems like several of the stores were out that they showed * in stock, finally--I reached Daniel Almagro @ Lemmon Ave. Dallas and he indicated he had *.At the time I arrived @ *:** they were not busy and Daniel was able to answer some questions as well as DEALING WITH BOOST which is frustrating, Terrible C.S. He got everything resolved and applied the Zagg shield and transferred my contacts to the new phone. while all this was going on Cynthia Schiele @ lovers Ln. store came over to Daniel and. She was helping others * they got busy * and she did a outstanding job as well. They all deserve recognition. Please Let them know , WE ALL NEED A ATTABOY now and then. OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE'S.
