GetHuman-cjrwat: I have had an account with rac awhile ive paid off two items an have been very happy til recently the new management at **** Brainerd Rd has really gotten under my skin it seems that they act as if im trying to steal from them very disrespectful an harrassing i lost my wallet over the weekend spoke with one guy who was very accommodating but before i could get off work i got another call wanting to know when i would b in told him also i lost my wallet over the weekend didnt matter to him he stated he needed to know when i was coming in i told him as soon as i got new cards an license he said when i said by tomorrow i should have it in order he stated tomorrow then i dont like being harrassed for less then $** an basically threatened bc in a week late could someone contact me abt this
