GetHuman-350732: The disgusting music i had to listen to while waiting still hurts my ears. **I have been a paying member since around ****, when it was Audiogalaxy Rhapsody. I paid $** a month until about mid-****. In all of that time, I have only ever been able to just go to the website and listen to music about * or * times. All of the other times, I had to call in because SOMETHING had changed, and I was unable to access Rhapsody without a phone call and some kind of tech support. The last time they messed up my playlists, and the agent gave me credit for ** downloads. Now that I have time to select them, I can't get in, as usual. I am just about to give up and cancel. What a mess!!**I am currently waiting for an agent. I am going to hang up now, after waiting more than ** minutes.
