GetHuman-106074: I plan to replace two older Rheem * ton units. I called to get the specs on a current model units and was told to seek a "Licensed HVAC Dealer". When I further questioned teh rep about my dealer selling more than Rheem and he was recommending a different manufacturer.She rudely stated :If you like a different company than buy theirs.
