GetHuman-44862: I put horrible and wrong number of minutes because I have tried * days in a row to get an answer about parts for my Rheem heat pump that are supposedly not available to local Rheem factory service people. They not only never responded, they also don't acknowledge receipt of your original help request. I guess that rates a HORRIBLE
