~fjc: * times then they hung up each time *****,, the chat is no better as the people on the chat have no idea what is going on, wasted hours. then the keep trying to push you to some web site. annoying wait music, lousy service, really *****, the system was down for a few days and agents did not know asking for ticket number, how insane. my wife wanted to rent a movie and it would not acept the card, because the system malfunctioned and again the agents in bolivia ? had no idea. this is not as good as they try and make it sound. ***** this coustomer services team must be run by people in the jungle. GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fjc: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Roku's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fjc: For that I would say four out of five.
