~cynemily: Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The sad part is, Roku doesn't seem to care, based on all these reviews. I got a promise to reverse a channel subscription charge and weeks later, nothing was done, so I called and now they are saying they can't reverse it. The other rep I talked to gave me a confirmation number, but I guess that's basically meaningless. Chat keeps disconnecting, then you have to wait and start all over again. When you call, you can barely understand the rep. So frustrating. I can't imagine buying anything else from this company if this is how they feel they can treat customers.

GetHuman: And what about Roku's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cynemily: For that I would say three out of five.
