~SaRJe: I called twice and both times I got someone with an Indian (India) accent. If I wasn't ready to place an order, they shut me down... informing me they have no pre-sales staff - "If you have a question you can go to our website at Roxio.com and read about it, or you can google it." (add Indian accent for affect) "After you have purchased the product you can contact our support people." My question had to do with system backup - which isn't really a bullet point in their sales literature.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Roxio. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Roxio problem?
~SaRJe: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SaRJe: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Roxio's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SaRJe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Roxio customers?
~SaRJe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Roxio to know who you are.
