~meg: Very misleading...when you call in it says you have reached the Correlle shop. You then wait and it gives you an option for Roxio. Rep was determined to read his script and would not let me speak so I could give him useful information and correct, but he finally did and I got the refund for software that would not download.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Roxio. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Roxio problem?
~meg: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~meg: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Roxio's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~meg: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Roxio customers?
~meg: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Roxio to know who you are.
