~Denise: Telus assigned me a phone number that was previously a fax number. I received **-** calls per night, every night, between midnight and *am. Yes Telus would assign me a new number...for a fee of $**. I called back every day for ** days asking to speak to a manager who could assign me a new number AND waive the fee. The reply each time *Yes mam we will have our manager call you back within one business day.** That was in ****. Now I pay $** MORE per month for the privilege of NOT dealing with Telus anymore.
