GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's The Brick customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-12406: I have been transferred * different times before I could speak with someone!! I would like some REAL customer service with a REAL PERSON who could actually DO something. I have been passed around as it is obvious that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in your organization! And it would be most helpful if you could hire staff who have a excellent command of the english language as this is only more frustrating when you are trying to navigagte through your already disinfranchised system!!! I have place several orders over the last several years with your firm and two just this past month!!! I am furious with your "Its too bad attitude" for customer service!!!!!!
