GetHuman-polival: I purchased warrantee on my furnature called was waiting over ** mins for an answer to have the line cut off waited another ** mins to have someone i believe in india take the call to that giving me a fake email address to send picture after repeating the address to her * times and not getting any service for anything... i am really mad... paid ***$ for protection on my couch... this is bs
