GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-teslaunw: Spent a lot of money at the brick got * mattresses , * box springs , couch and automan . To start when they delivered the first time they ran through my evergreen tree and tore off my Christmas lights , then they said they were not responsible because they hired someone else to deliver , well my thoughts are if you hire them you are responsible , after months of fighting they finally said it was their fault , then one of the mattresses we bought the side fell out and all the insides were coming out and the box spring extreamly creaky and noisy , then again another fight , we had to take pictures fill out forms fight forever , then they said we had to buy another one from there and talked us into a more expensive one , well when that one came out to the house there was no box spring and said they wouldn't replace that , so now I was still stuck with a noisy box spring , so now the second mattress is noisy and sinking in the middle and the top detached and my back is breaking , I have to sleep in another bed in the house after paying even more for this mattress so , here we go again , I had to take more pictures , fill out more forms , when I went to the store the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me until the salesman went in the third time , then he comes out and all he says is I don't know , but you can purchase a more expensive mattress WELL I THINK NOT !!!! I was duped once not again , all I want is my money back and no more dealing with them this is horrible customer service and I am extreamly upset !!
