~Erickarn: I was installing TM on several company computers from a web agent installation. One computer insisted that there was still antivirus on it, so installation failed. **I called this TM number, pressed *, and someone answered within seconds. I wasn't at the "trouble computer" desk, so asked the agent to call me back, which he did within seconds. He was able to send me email instructions, which resolved the issue. Needless to say, I'm impressed. Thank you!!
