~LMooreAgain: After sending in a suport request via email, I received an automated response within minutes, but now, it has been exactly one week and I received no follow up email whatsoever, or any other kind of communication. Considering my request was for the unjustified deletion of my blog, I find it appalling that in one week they cannot even be bothered to send any kind of actual response to me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Tumblr. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Tumblr problem?
~LMooreAgain: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LMooreAgain: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tumblr's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LMooreAgain: For that I would say three out of five.
