~LMoore: I got an automated message that did nothing to answer my question in a matter of * minutes. Now it's been * days and I have gotten any real response from a real person at a supposedly **** service. Automated message sent to everyone asking for help does NOT cut it in my books.

~LMoore: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LMoore: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tumblr's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LMoore: For that I would say two out of five.
