GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's USAA customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tahoe411: I was rear ended by a driver who was insured by USAA called Monday to make a claim was told by rep they would call me back the same day after contacting their insured. On Friday after still waiting for rep to contact me back I contacted the insured. After a whole five days I was told they couldn't contact their insured to varify the accident. I asked what happens if they are unable to contact their insured was told by rep she guess they would go by the police report which clearly states I was rear ended by the driver who admitted that it was his fault. Shame on you USAA.

~Tahoe411: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tahoe411: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tahoe411: For that I would say two out of five.

~Tahoe411: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for USAA to know who you are.
