~sukki007: My item was done completely wrong. They asked me to send a photo. They were very quick to redo it and send it, but it seemed as if they charged me again. I don't like doing business, though, with a company that refuses to put its phone number on their website and forces you to Google to find it. Very shoddy. On the plus side, they answered my call immediately.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Zazzle. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Zazzle problem?
~sukki007: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sukki007: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zazzle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sukki007: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zazzle customers?
~sukki007: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zazzle to know who you are.
