~rafaith: AT&T NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! I can't seem to get those IDIOTS to dis-connect my service!! It's been over a month now, waiting for final bill so I can send it to my NEW PHONE COMPANY, Credo Mobile...THEY ARE AWESOME!!! For some reason they still have "this * is not accepting calls at this time" and the ******** think they're going to charge me for this delay!!? Also please be aware, if you made payment arrangements with AT&T and you had to call back and get a few extra days due to unforeseen circumstances, according to AT&T your are a "FRAUDSTER"...yeah, they call it "payment*agreement FRAUD", which is slander. I always thought it was just being RESPONSIBLE!! They also "FLAG" your account if you've HAD to do this a few times or a number of times but always paid the bill and have never had your service turned off in nearly * years. Something new one of their not so "brilliant" minds concocted in Nov. ****!! So, HOW DO I GET THESE JACKALS TO TURN OFF MY SERVICE AND SEND ME MY FIN

~rafaith: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rafaith: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rafaith: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~rafaith: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
