GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-50935: I have had nothing but trouble with AT&T for the past * months. Customer Service is a "JOKE". I have had a service call scheduled for * weeks and was given a timeframe of *-** on ** Apr **--it is now *pm and no tech showed or called. In addition, they cut phone service to my land line early in the morning. I have spoken to many rude people, including supervisors,. and then would get disconnected after * calls avg of ** mins.*Do not switch to Uverse if you have an Alarm system. Make sure your Alarm company confirms they are compatible. AT&T said mine was and it is NOT. We have been customers since **** and this is what we get for it. I am beyond mad.

GetHuman-50935: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-50935: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-50935: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-50935: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
