~RJ: The level of rudeness, inefficiency, and incompetence at the worlds largest communications company is incredibly overwhelming. However, after * weeks of dealing with obtuse blunder-heads, I finally got to talk with a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable person named Bridget at this number. How refreshing. My billing issues are not completely resolved just yet, but Bridget seemed to have the expertise of getting the ball rolling in the right direction.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~RJ: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RJ: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RJ: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~RJ: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
