GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's BN.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Madeleine: The first service person was difficult to understand. She said that I would have to contact the seller who sent me the damaged book. I asked for her Superviser, Tangela. I explained that the book I had received was used and in very poor condition with torn pages and deep creases. She also said that I would need to e-mail the seller. I said that I didn't want a used book from another seller but a new book from BN. Thankfully, Tangela went to BN warehouse and found a new book to be shipped out to us. I am grateful that Tangela took the necessary time to sort out the mess. I gave the first person a * but Tangela a * because of her extra effort to find the book I wanted.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting BN.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a BN.com problem?
~Madeleine: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Madeleine: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BN.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Madeleine: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other BN.com customers?
~Madeleine: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for BN.com to know who you are.
