GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-couponi: I will NEVER SHOP AY KAY AGAIN!!!*There was a special on * items $**.** for a ring or necklace. They ran out and offered me a Rain Check. I have been call the store since Sept to check the status My husband is a disabled vet and we have to plan our Christmas far out in advance since we only get paid once a month.*I spoke with someone week before Thanksgiving, she said they are coming in. I said will I get them before Christmas.. Oh of course..*I called on Sat spoke with a sales person that said they had no rain check for me.. SMH!! I asked him to have the manager call me back.. He said she will call me back sat..No call from The Manager, so I called Corp office.. they spoke with the manager to say she will call me back Sunday.. Well still NO call.. So I had to order something from another store to get in before Christmas.. So I wanted Corp to know exactly how their customers are treated in these store.. I run a local coupon group and many others didn't get their Rain Checks either. I was the one that recommend this sale to all *k members. That looks bad on me!!*So they said the Manager wants you to call her..*I just got off the phone from her to say I'm so sorry this was all our mistake. I do have the items in now for you.. Umm... OK but I had to order other items for gifts to make sure they are here for Christmas.. She had the never to say return them and I will allow you to buy these. EXCUSE ME!!*That's all you can offer me after I got the run around for months from your store. *I already used the money we saved for those items to buy something else.. Did you not here me my husband only gets paid once a month because he is a disabled Vet. .. we don't even have the items I ordered in yet.. *I mean not even this was our mistake, let me give you a gift card for your next purchase or anything. I was in Shock for the lack of customers services.. Only worried about making a dollar.. and Didn't care about their loyal customers that share their deals with *k members and that's why they were sold out..*The store is in Jacksonville Florida in River City ******Melissa Harcus****** Shark Rd west*Jacksonville, FL ****************
