~Juliska: Heavy accent meant I could barely understand rep. My phone still under warranty but screen doesn't work. She told me to do hard reset, but that will wipe out all my data! That's no solution. She insisted it wouldn't wipe out my data. I told her I'd like to do more research about that. I did. My suspicions were confirmed, even by LG's own website!
