~Unhappy Customer: I called twice. Once in the morning and got lots of run around from the agent. She answered the call stumbling over who she worked for. Then she asked for my card number * times and all three times repeated it back wrong. I asked for supervisor and got put on hold until I had to tell her that I needed to call back. Then next time, I got someone more competent but they could not help me with the fact that another customer had hooked up their account to my gmail account. Could not do a single thing for me! She told me to write back the e-mail that sent it saying I was not the account holder? Their security seems a little lax!
