~DOGEYE: I HAVE TO WAIT ** MINUTES BEFORE I GET A RESPONSE AND THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE ?? I AM ** AND I REMEMBER THE DAYS WHEN THE CUSTOMERS WERE ON A FIRST NAME BASIS WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED IN THE OREGONIAN BUILDING ON BROADWAY. EVEN US PAPERBOYS, I HAD THE SAME ROUTE FOR ** YEARS, KNEW THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED IN THE BIG BUILDING ON SW BROADWAY. I ALREADY LEFT MY COMMENT ON THE OTHER SCREEN AND IT WAS NOT GOOD BECAUSE THE OREGONIAN DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ANYMORE AND THAT'S A FACT. ASK ANYONE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THE EXACT SAME THING. YOUR SERVICE STINKS, YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS STINKS AND YOUR PAPER IS AS THIN AS A PAPER NAPKIN. YET,YOU CHARGE AND ARM AND A LEG FOR IT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT ** MINUTES TO TALK TO A HUMAN. THAT'S DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!
