~sportsmomx2: Ordered a laptop on ******** - my online account indicated it shipped on *****. Started calling on *****, was told everyday from ***** - ***** that it was shipped and "should arrive that day or the next day". The UPS tracking number listed online was invalid, I verified that w* UPS. After going through about ** customer service reps and * "supervisors", was finally told on ***** that the order was "not transmitted to Dell" so it would be another * weeks before delivery". Needless to say my credit card was charged early December. Basically my son had no Xmas presents. I took * days off from work waiting at home for the UPS man because was told a signature was required or package would not be left at my house. I will NEVER order from QVC again!!

~sportsmomx2: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sportsmomx2: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QVC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sportsmomx2: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other QVC customers?
~sportsmomx2: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QVC to know who you are.
