GetHuman-112519: If there is a billing issue (e.g. CC being charged for Easy Pay but it not being recorded in their system and they send you to collections when you already paid), the customer service reps treat you like **** over the phone and you have to wait for "research" to be completed by a different department that customers cannot reach directly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting QVC. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a QVC problem?
GetHuman-112519: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-112519: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QVC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-112519: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-112519: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QVC to know who you are.
