~Reiz: I once forgot the password of my computer and was stuck with the problem for three hours. I called my friends but I guess they too were like me (poor in technical dealings). I looked for online support through my mobile and luckily I got iYogi toll free number. I called the guys and they guided me to fix the problem on my own. Since then I had great trust on iYogi and I completely rely on its services to attend my technical calls.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iYogi. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iYogi problem?
~Reiz: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Reiz: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Reiz: For that I would say four out of five.
