GetHuman-162089: Since May ****, I have written five letters*to the Supervisor of A*R in Illinois. I was and still am attempting to have some charges explained. I have NEVER rec'd a reply or a phone call. I called customer service this morning and finally got a human being. Since I could not answer the question ( favorite restaurant)was sent to her Supervisor who in turn told me HER Supervisor would call me back within * minutes. That was * hours ago. I am very disappointed with the sloppy manner my inquiries have been handled. After all the effort I went thru prior to contacting a human being, I received notice that my account has been turned over for collection even after I tried for five months to get my account cleared up. I am certain nothing will come of my angst except that I have been able to let of some steam. AT&T is history. *Jay Pearson, Lt Colonel USAF (Ret)
