~nemo: I purchased two different travel pants from two different online stores, on right here in Oregon. I experienced lengthy delays, poor customer service, and unacceptable products. I returned both pair of pants.**Finally I contacted Columbia (which I should have done first) went to the employee store, not realizing that it was an employees only store, was let in by a kind lady and helped by an exceptional diminutive lady originally from Chile (I'm sorry that I forgot her name, but it begins with "A"). I purchased one pair of cargo pants, and the nice lady assisted me in ordering a second pair online from the store. This was around noon yesterday, and the ordered pants arrived at my door this morning just after *:**. Outstanding. I am really pleased with the quality, the price, and most of all, the customer assistance.**I also phoned your customer services twice yesterday since I could not access my account. I had unsubscribed to email some time ago and could not remember my password. The
