~LEMONFRIDGE: Bought a LEMON of a fridge from Electrolux. Was approved for a replacement. Have made dozens of calls, all documented. Wait times are extrememly long, rude reps, constant transfers, followed by long holds, then disconnects after waiting on hold for in excess of thirty minutes. This company practices outright FRAUD. They have strung me along for ELEVEN MONTHS. Ripped me off for the "extended warranty", which does NOTHING, NO REPAIR COMPANIES WILL COME OUT ANY MORE!! Electrolux is known to CHEAT the repairmen out of payment for warranty work. I WILL NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this DISHONEST company. I would have given ZERO STARS had it allowed. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! STAY CLEAR OF ANYTHING MADE BY THIS COMPANY!!

~LEMONFRIDGE: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Electrolux's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LEMONFRIDGE: For that I would say three out of five.

~LEMONFRIDGE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Electrolux to know who you are.
