~Disappointed customer: Unfortunately Electrolux is one of the worst companies to stand behind their product once you buy from them. Appliances bought for a brand new home, two of them had manufacturing defects and Electrolux has been forcing us to continue buying extended warranties. In less than * years we have had several technicians come in to our home to change parts of this appliance and the main motor of the appliance has again broken down. Extremely unfortunate experience and since the broken appliance is a double oven wall unit set into a custom cabinetry, it is not easy for us to replace even if we are ready to eat up the loos of the appliance itself.

~Disappointed customer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Disappointed customer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Electrolux's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Disappointed customer: For that I would say two out of five.
