GetHuman-fhamarke's review of Electrolux customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Electrolux customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-fhamarke: My refrigerator drawer door panel was not working anymore. I called customer service and explained the issue. The light in the top drawer didn't work and the panel was dead but the refrigerator was still cooling. The rep troubleshot with me on the phone - we turned it off, reset it, turned off breaker panel, etc. Lots of steps. She then told me the part I needed and ordered it for me ($***). It was a motor board.**I had a technician come out today to install it. He was doubtful about it being the correct part. Said it was probably the display panel. I told him I spent a lot of time with on the phone with electrolux so it should be right. It wasn't. He told me I should order a new display panel.**Called electrolux today. The panel is $***. I was furious. I'll have to pay for that and pay a technician to come out again. I asked for some kind of compensation and even after talking to a manager (Danielle Lecounte), the best she could offer was **% off. I am not satisfied with that! What else can I do?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Electrolux. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Electrolux problem?

GetHuman: And what about Electrolux's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-fhamarke: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Electrolux customers?
GetHuman-fhamarke: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Electrolux to know who you are.
