GetHuman-fhamarke: Complaint
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-fhamarke: My refrigerator drawer door panel was not working anymore. I called customer service and explained the issue. The light in the top drawer didn't work and the panel was dead but the refrigerator was still cooling. The rep troubleshot with me on the phone - we turned it off, reset it, turned off breaker panel, etc. Lots of steps. She then told me the part I needed and ordered it for me ($***). It was a motor board.**I had a technician come out today to install it. He was doubtful about it being the correct part. Said it was probably the display panel. I told him I spent a lot of time with on the phone with electrolux so it should be right. It wasn't. He told me I should order a new display panel.**Called electrolux today. The panel is $***. I was furious. I'll have to pay for that and pay a technician to come out again. I asked for some kind of compensation and even after talking to a manager (Danielle Lecounte), the best she could offer was **% off. I am not satisfied with that! What else can I do?
