GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's LG Electronics customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: I have * LG televisions and * LG phones. The Lollipop LG G* update on April **rd severely impacted my wi-fi. I contacted LG customer service by phone on *.**.**. Couldn't understand the first rep so I called back and spoke with another. Had to tell her *X what the problem was and she seemed disinterested. I asked several times if she was tech support because she didn't seem to understand much of anything I was telling her. After * minutes of taking out the battery, etc. she said she was going to connect to Verizon Tech Support and both she and the Verizon tech would help me. After Verizon was on the phone she hung up. Verizon states it's the Lollipop update that is the issue and hopefully LG will update it soon. LG is the worst customer service*tech support I've ever come across. Think I'll switch to an iPhone asap.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LG Electronics's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LG Electronics customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LG Electronics to know who you are.
