~richardo: I have an LG Smart TV. I couldn't firure out how to access movies through a USB flash drive. On hold for less than a minute and tech walked me through it in about a minute. Fully successful, just watched first movie.

~richardo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~richardo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LG Electronics's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~richardo: For that I would say four out of five.
