If they can not provide good customer support, they should not operate their business.*I had to wait more than ** minutes on phone to connect tech support. On the top of that I had to listen their Windows * advertisement. *I did not get my answer over phone, so I am waiting here to chat with representative for almost ** minutes. What a worst service!! I am getting this message "All of our online Answer Techs are busy working with other customers right now. To speak with the next available Answer Tech, please call our Answer Desk phone support service."
