~ian: Beware- I booked a flight online to Bangkok & filled in the details. When I confirmed & clicked the "buy" button the payment went through. Shortly after a message came up telling me that the booking had not been made & I should contact customer services.**After three attempts of *** mins on hold I decided that the line was unmanned & managed to find another number on the web.*My money had been taken for a flight that did not exist.*Eventualy three days later the money came back to my account.*Interestingly that flight was still on their live system waiting to rob another victim. AVOID
