~Al: Website "timed out" when making booking - screen msg "your basket has expired" returned me to home page. Gave up & booked flights directly with airline. **mins after booking flights, email from Netflights confirming booking!! Called, waited ** mins for ans - advisor helpful and said "not a problem I have heard this happens with our site, I'll refer to refund manager, shld receive confirmation email next week and payment approx week later" now holding breath......
