GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman2459: On the afternoon of February *th **** NetFlights informed me and my brother online via Live Chat that the earliest re-ticketed return flight to UK by Royal Jordanian from BKK (Bangkok) was not available that February *th Monday night (three times by live chat and twice by payment section) and that it was not worth us going to the airport. NetFlights also state that passengers have to check in * hours before the flight (actual departure time was **.**am daily) thus that first available flight would have meant us being at BKK airport that night by no later than *.** pm. Consequently we paid £*** (£** more than was quoted by Live Chat) for my brother and was told the flight tomorrow was available and that paperwork was not necessary. A room was booked and next day we checked for confirmation ticket details only to find we had to be at the airport the night we originally asked for and the flight had gone that morning. They told us they were 'not liable' and charged us £*** for that evening flight telling us it was more expensive because of lack of availability of certain passenger type seats. My brother is home having spent ** hours at the airport .. the flight turned out to be half empty.
