~Lin: I booked a ticket with Netflights on **th of Feb. After all the bank details submission, I was led to a page which said if they don't give me confirmation email within ** hours then call them or email them with the quote number they gave. I DID NOT GET CONFIRMATION. So, I called them, met voicemail box, I left a voice mail with my phone number hoping that they would call back . I sent them an email as well asking where is my confirmation. Yet, both no reply.*I waited for another ** hours, then I called back, a man picked up after long hours of calling then suddenly he hanged up the call. I emailed with the complaints. Only then they replied asking me about my quote number. *the only answer they gave me back was the booking I made was a failed booking and asked me to rebook if I want the ticket. *Yes, the ticket price has increased for about ** pounds with transit time from * hours to * hours. *This is just how responsible they are. They don't even apologize me properly. Such an irresp
